According to the mayor of Aqraba, Salah Jaber, “the martyr Bani Jaber was shot by an Israeli settler in the chest while he was in front of his house during the settlers attack.”
According to 64-Years-Old Palestinian Yazan Abu Dallah, an eyewitness to the killing of Bani Jaber: “Yesterday we were surprised by a group of settlers storming the village – Bani Jaber happened to be at the site grazing his sheep.”
He also added that Israeli settler attacks have increased in the past months, “They prevent us from working and grazing our sheep on our lands “…” they want to displace us from our lands.”
Khirbet Al-Tawil is located east of the town of Aqraba in Nablus governorate, in which 30 Palestinian family lives in and who depend for their livelihood on agriculture and sheep herding.
