Biden Calls Putin a War Criminal

Jerusalem24 – US President Joe Biden has approved a new $800 million military aid package for Ukraine while describing his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin as a “war criminal”, the first time Biden has used this description against the Russian president, as the Russian invasion of Ukraine entered its 22nd day

The Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the decisions taken by the European Union to hand over military-technical assistance to Ukraine, including providing Kyiv with lethal weapons, describing them as “dangerous” decisions.

It also stated that the negotiations with Ukraine are discussing military and political files, in addition to the future of the Crimean peninsula with Russia forever.

The Ministry stressed that the sanctions of the United States and its allies will not change the Russian position.

The Russian army continues its military operations in the Ukrainian territory from various axes and fronts, especially in the capital, Kyiv, where sirens have sounded since the morning and several missiles have landed, amid the assertion by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army that the defense of Kyiv is the strategic mission.
