Israeli forces arrest two students, a teacher and a school principal in Sheikh Jarrah

Jerusalem24 – The Israeli military arrested two Palestinian students, a teacher and principal of the “Al-Rawda Al-Haditha School” in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of the occupied city of Jerusalem.

According to the WAFA News Agency, the Israeli forces raided the school, searched it, and tampered with its contents; creating a state of panic among the students.

The Israeli forces had imposed a military cordon on the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and closed all roads leading to the neighborhood located East of occupied Jerusalem. They stopped vehicles and buses, while an Israeli aircraft flew at a low altitude over the neighborhood’s homes.

Extensive raids and search campaigns were carried out in the neighborhood’s homes in addition to the Khalil Al-Sakakini Secondary School for Girls in the neighborhood. The Israeli forces closed the Shuafat military checkpoint in both directions.

The Israeli police claimed that they are searching for the perpetrator of a stabbing attack which took place this morning, during which an Israeli settler was moderately wounded.
