14 Palestinians injured as Israeli forces suppress march on Khan Yunis border

The Israeli forces fired live and rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators who gathered at the border east of Khan Yunis.

Jerusalem24 – 14 Palestinians were injured, yesterday evening as the Israeli forces suppressed a march on the eastern border of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli forces fired live and rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators who gathered at the border east of Khan Yunis.

According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, 5 of the injuries were caused by live ammunition and their condition is moderate, while two were injured by rubber-coated steel bullets, and 7 were hit by tear gas canisters, and their condition is light.

Thousands of citizens participated in a mass protest called by the Palestinian factions in the border area east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.
