Glick and dozens of settlers storm the Al-Aqsa courtyards

According to the Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Jerusalem, 185 settlers led by the extremist "Glick" stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards.

Jerusalem24 – On Thursday morning, the extremist settler “Yehuda Glick”, accompanied by extremist settlers, stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque from Al-Mughrabi Gate, with heavy security from the special occupation forces.

According to the Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Jerusalem, 185 settlers led by the extremist “Glick” stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards.

It explained that the settlers, during the raid, received explanations about the alleged “temple”, and performed Talmudic rituals in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa, especially in the Golden gate area, under the guard of the occupation police.

During the raid, a settler took a picture in front of the Dome of the Rock, wearing a muzzle bearing the occupation flag, in a clear provocation to the worshipers, and in violation of the sanctity of the blessed month of Ramadan.

The occupation police continued to impose restrictions on the entry of worshipers from Jerusalem and the occupied Palestinian interior to Al-Aqsa Mosque, and their IDs were kept at its external gates.

Since the beginning of the month of Ramadan, the occupation forces escalated their attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the worshipers, and prevented the entry of ‘Iftar’ meals for the fasting people in its courtyards.

On Tuesday evening, the Israeli police stormed the roof of the Al-Asbat Gate minaret, one of the gates of Al-Aqsa, and cut off electricity from the loudspeakers of a number of mosque minarets to reduce the sound of the call to prayer and the evening prayers and taraweeh prayers.
