Avi Dichter (from Likud) will present a bill to the Knesset today that provides the withdrawal of the Israeli nationality from any Arab citizen convicted of "terrorism" or "carrying out hostile operations," and receives pensions from the Palestinian Authority.

Jerusalem24 – The Hebrew “Kan” channel said, on Wednesday morning, that MK Avi Dichter (from Likud) will present a bill to the Knesset today that provides the withdrawal of the Israeli nationality from any Arab citizen convicted of “terrorism” or “carrying out hostile operations,” and receives pensions from the Palestinian Authority.

The draft, which mainly targets Palestinian Prisoners from Jerusalem and Arab citizens in Israel,  provides for the revocation of Israeli citizenship even from who has ended his sentence in Israeli prisons and receives prisoner pensions from the Palestinian Authority, as well as deporting him to the areas under the Palestinian authority’s control.

According to the bill, a person would be allowed to regain Israeli citizenship if he loses the pensions he receives, and returns the value of the money he received to the Palestinian Authority.
