Israeli forces kill Palestinian worker in occupied West Bank

Jerusalem24 – Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian laborer as he approached the separation wall this morning.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 53-year-old Nabil Ahmed Ghanem was shot dead by Israeli forces near the Jaljulia Gate at the separation wall in Qalqilya.

53-year-old Ghanem was a resident of Surra, a Palestinian village near Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

His death was covered by the Israeli media, who reported earlier that a military force had killed a Palestinian at the separation wall near Qalqilya.

According to the Israeli news website, Ynet, Ghanem was shot by Israeli forces as he tried to cross the separation barrier from the West Bank. He was taken to the Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba where he was declared dead.
