Jerusalem24 – Israeli Authorities this Tuesday afternoon demolished the home of the Al-Rajabi Family in the Ain Al-Lawza neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
A large number of Israeli forces as well as heavy machinery arrived in the Ain Al-Lawza neighborhood this morning, and surrounded the Rajabi family home before expelling the residents.
The building consisted of two floors and five apartments and was home to around 30 people.
Israeli forces also attacked the residents in the vicinity of the Al-Rajabi home as they gathered there.
Meanwhile, The Zaytoun family in the Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan began emptying their house in preparation for its demolition following a decision from the Israeli municipality of occupied Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses also reported that Israeli forces flanked by bulldozers deployed in the town of Jabal Al-Mukaber, east of the occupied Jerusalem.
