Settlers cut down olive trees in Palestinian village.
Since last night settlers have attacked Palestinians all over the occupied territories
Jerusalem24 – This morning, Israeli settlers cut down 170 olive trees in the lands of Al-Lubban Asharqiya, south of Nablus.
Ghassan Daghlas, the official in charge of the settlement file in the northern occupied West Bank said that settlers cut down about 170 fruitful olive trees from the Al-Rahwat area; owned by Ya’qub, Raja and Akram Owais.
Daghlas added that last night witnessed an escalation in settler attacks against Palestinians in the area with around 80 attacks against Palestinian vehicles documented in the Nablus Governorate.
He stated that settlers also burned a car in the town of Asira Al-Qibliya, south of Nablus, warning of an escalation of attacks in the coming days.
Last night’s settler attacks were documented near Burin, Burqa, Za’tara checkpoint, Sinjil – north of Ramallah, and the northern entrance to the city of Al-Bireh.
Attacks were also documented in different areas in the city of Hebron.
