Shadi Othman, head of the European Union’s Media and Communications Office in occupied Jerusalem, confirmed, on Wednesday, that there is no European decision so far to postpone the approval of the annual budget allocated to the Palestinian Authority.

Othman said, in an exclusive statement to Safa Agency: “A discussion is taking place within the European Union between more than one institution regarding this budget.”

He added, “Until this moment, there is no decision regarding the budget, and we cannot comment on the news of its postponement in light of the continuation of the discussion.”
