Amid settler violence, Ben Gvir moves his office to Sheikh Jarrah
This step comes under the pretext of "providing protection to settlers"

Jerusalem24 – Far-right Knesset member Itamar Ben Gvir moved his office this morning to the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem, amid attacks by settlers and the occupation forces on the residents and Jerusalemites present in the place.
Settlers have set up tables and chairs on the threatened with confiscation lands of the Salem family.
Yesterday night, settlers attacked Salem’s family and Jerusalemites in the area with chairs and pepper gas, while the Israeli police arrested the young Khalil Salem after assaulting him.
Saturday evening, Ben Gvir announced his intention to move his office to the neighborhood under the pretext of “providing protection for the settlers,” coinciding with dozens of settlers storming the neighborhood and attacking the residents.
Settlers have called for a march in the neighborhood this evening.
Last Ramadan, Ben Gvir moved his office to Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, which set the flame for weeks of violence against Palestinians.
