Jerusalem24 – Yesterday, Tuesday, the Israeli authorities prevented the holding of three sports and cultural activities in the occupied city of Jerusalem, under the pretext that they are sponsored by the Palestinian National Authority.

The Israeli Minister of Internal Security prevented the implementation of an activity for children under the pretext that it is under the auspices or funding of the Palestinian Authority.

The Israeli police had summoned al-Maqdisi, Marwan al-Ghoul, head of the Silwan Sports Club, to interrogate him and question him about this activity, and handed him an order to prevent his residency.

In Burj al-Luqluq in the Old City of Jerusalem, the Israeli forces closed the Burj stadium and prevented the establishment of a football league that had been organized on the occasion of the Birth of the Messenger, for the same reason.

The Israeli police summoned the director of sports programs at Burj Al-Luqluq Club, Hajj Nihad Zughayer, and interrogated him for several hours, and handed him an order to prevent the league from being held.
