Prisoners Commission: The occupation army assaulted and abused three young men during the process of their arrest

Jerusalem24 – In a report issued today, Tuesday, the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Prisoners Affairs documented the testimonies of three young men who were beaten and abused during their arrest, causing them physical and psychological harm, after which they were transferred to the “Etzion” detention center.

According to what was reported by the Commission’s lawyer after their visit, the prisoner, Muhammad Ibrahim Deriya (17 years), from Beit Fajjar in Bethlehem, was beaten and abused after the occupation forces raided his house at 3:30 a.m. and searched him, and then took him on foot to the “Etzion” detention center. For a distance of 2 km, while he was being led, the soldiers deliberately pushed him to the ground and dragged him through the trees.

Wasim Mansour Abu Odeh (19 years old), from Hebron, was arrested near the Ibrahimi Mosque at twelve noon, while he was going to perform prayers. He is still at the Etzion detention center.

While the Israeli army raided the home of the boy, Amir Ahmad Muhammad Taqatqa (16 years), from Beit Fajjar, and searched the house and vandalized his belongings.
