Israeli army bullets injure 12-year-old, 22-year-old in Hebron

Jerusalem24– The Red Crescent transferred a 22-year-old man in critical condition to Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron earlier this afternoon, after he was shot by Israeli occupation forces during confrontations with Palestinian youth.

Elsewhere in Hebron, 12-year-old Ahmad Jarrad Jaouabra was hit by a rubber-coated bullet in the eye during confrontations that erupted after a students’ march by Al-Aroub Secondary School for Boys as well as a UNWRA school in Al-Aroub refugee camp.

He was transferred to Beit Jala government hospital with moderate injuries.

Local sources added that dozens of school students suffered from tear gas inhalation.

Further confrontations erupted between Palestinian youth and Israeli occupation forces in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in the center of Hebron and at the northern entrance to the city in Ras Al-Jura.

The occupation forces closed the entrance to the Beit Ainun area and prevented the movement of Palestinians towards Sa’ir, Hebron.
