Palestinian boy kidnapped by settler

Jerusalem24 – A Palestinian boy was kidnapped this afternoon from the village of Ureif, south of Nablus, by the guard of the settlement of Yitzhar.

The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West bank, Ghassan Daghlas, reported to the Palestinian official news agency WAFA that the guard at the Yitzhar settlement kidnapped Abd Al-Rahim Yousef Kokash, a boy in the eleventh grade at the Ureif Secondary School, from his school entrance.

The head of Ureif Village Council, Abdel Hakim Shehadeh, said that Kokash was taken into a vehicle and into the settlement.

Shehadeh said they contacted the Palestinian liaison to ensure the kidnapped student’s safety and release.
