Al-Lubban al-Sharqiya: Classes disrupted for the third day by settlers

Jerusalem24 – Classes at al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village school, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, were disrupted again today and for the third day in a row after Israeli soldiers and settlers blocked the village entrance and prevented the students from reaching their school located off the main Ramallah-Nablus road.

According to sources, the soldiers blocked the entrance to the village after settlers gathered on the main road near the school and kept the students from leaving the village and reaching their school.

Families of the students intervened to get the soldiers to force the settlers to leave the area to prevent a collision with the students and for their children to reach the school safely, but to no avail, said the correspondent.
