Prisoner’s Commission: Occupation doctors tried to force-feed the battered prisoner Miqdad Al-Qawasma

Jerusalem24 – This evening, Wednesday, the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority reported that the Israeli doctors in “Kaplan Hospital” tried to forcibly feed the 24-year-old hunger striker, Miqdad Al-Qawasmeh, with solutions and supplements, in an attempt to break his open hunger strike against his administrative detention.

The commission added, in a press statement, that the forced feeding attempt was made for the prisoner Qawasma while he is confined to a bed in the intensive care unit of “Kaplan” Hospital, yesterday evening.

The commission, added that Qawasma, who is from Hebron, has been on an open hunger strike for 91 days with his health condition is deteriorating dangerously. He is almost able to stand, suffers from blurred vision, pains in the intestines, head and abdomen, and may be exposed to sudden death at any moment.
