Israel bulldozes 10 Dunums of olive lands in Bethlehem, as Settlers steal olives and farming equipment near Nablus

Jerusalem24 –Today, Wednesday, Israeli vehicles razed 10 dunums of land in the Khallet al-Nahla area near the village of Wadi Rahal, south of Bethlehem.

Local sources, told Wafa that the Israeli forces razed 10 dunums of lands planted with olive saplings, owned by Ibrahim Obayat. During the bulldozing operation, the Israeli forces also destroyed retaining walls and building bases for a house under construction.

Meanwhile, settlers stole olives and agricultural equipment from Qaryut lands south of Nablus. Local sources said that residents of Qaryut discovered, during their arrival to their lands near the “Shvut Rachel” settlement, the disappearance of their agricultural equipment used in the olive harvest.

The farmers eventually intercepted a settler who was stealing olives and equipment.

It is noteworthy that the settlers have escalated their attacks against farmers since the beginning of the olive harvest season, by attacking farmers and preventing them from accessing their lands and stealing their agricultural equipment.
