The occupation government plans to establish synagogues in West Bank settlements

Jerusalem24 – According to the Israeli media, the Israeli government plans to establish synagogues in settlements in the occupied West Bank.

The right-wing newspaper, Israel Al-Youm, said yesterday, Tuesday, that “the Israeli government intends to establish synagogues in West Bank settlements and other areas in the country, and put them within the government’s national priorities plan.”

The newspaper pointed out that $6.25 million is to be distributed to 30 settlements, claiming that there is a shortage of synagogues or buildings designated for holding Jewish rituals, and that this year’s budget will be allocated to settlements.

The settlements are seen as violations within international law, and are recognized as such within the international community.
