Jerusalem24 – Several Palestinian organizations, unions and activists have been fighting what is called forced displacement/dispossession from the city of Jerusalem. This is happening as Israel is demolishing Palestinian homes in Silwan for the sake of what they are calling development projects, to court cases to dispossess Palestinian families of their homes in Sheikh Jarrah.

Why is this important, how does it occur and what are the legal ramifications within the framework of international law. Rajabi works with the Palestinian Vision foundation on a campaign to confront the forced displacement of Palestinians.
