Tensions since last night, large numbers of settlers storm the alAqsa

Hundreds of Jerusalemites and residents of the Palestinian interior flocked to Al-Aqsa since last night and at dawn, to confront the settlers' scheme.

Jerusalem24 – Meanwhile, large numbers of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid an intense deployment of the Israeli police inside and outside the mosque.

The mosque and its surroundings have witnessed a state of tension since last night, in light of the preparations of hundreds of settlers to storm it as part of what they call the revival of “the ruin of the First Temple.”

Worshipers in al-Qibli Mosque suffocated, as the Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters at them.

The Israeli forces arrested a young man from inside Al-Aqsa, and prevented paramedics from reaching the tribal prayer hall and providing treatment for the injured.

In the morning, the Israeli forces stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque and assaulted worshipers inside the Al-Qibli prayer hall, in an attempt to empty it to pave the way for settlers to storm it.
