Jerusalem24 – Wake Up Palestine – On Saturday, June 26th, several Palestinians hit the streets to protest the killing of Nizar Banat, an outspoken political activist from Hebron who died as a result of physical assault by Palestinian security forces that arrested him. the protesters were chanting against the killing of Nizar, as well as the Palestinian authority. What happened next was terrifying as Palestinian security forces dressed in civilian clothing attacked protesters. They dragged protesters down the street, beat them and arrested them.
