Jerusalem24 – Today, Wednesday, settlers seized an old building in the village of Rashaida, east of Bethlehem, and turned it into a settlement outpost.
The head of Al-Rashaida Village Council, Fawaz Al-Rashaida, said that a group of settlers had seized an old building with a total area of 400 square meters, which was previously used as a headquarters for the Jordanian Badia Army located in the stoning camel area, where it was cleaned and connected to electricity and water, and lighting was installed.
Al-Rashaida indicated that this area is vital and pastoral and very close to the village, and is classified as a natural reserve, and that Israel prevents citizens from reaching it. He said: What is happening now in the region to seize a large area of land estimated at hundreds of dunams, and establish an outpost on it.
