Jerusalem24 – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy to clear and relatively hot in most districts with no change in temperature, which remains 7°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature is expected to significantly drop on Monday to become slightly lower than its seasonal average. Therefore, moderate spring conditions are likely to prevail.
Moderate conditions are expected on Tuesday as temperature becomes around the seasonal average, said the PMD.
Temperature rises further on Wednesday approaching 6°C above the seasonal average, and therefore conditions are expected to be hot in most districts.
People are warned against exposure to direct sunlight for a long period, especially from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and against setting fire to dry grassy areas.
