Weather Forecast: Drop in temperature as heatwave begins to subside but hot conditions remain

Winds are light to moderate, southwesterly to northwesterly, and sea waves are medium.

Jerusalem24 – Weather today in Palestine is relatively hot to hot and dusty as the heatwave that hit the country a couple of days ago comes to an end significantly dropping temperature while remaining above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are light to moderate, southwesterly to northwesterly, and sea waves are medium.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 36°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 17°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Partially cloudy conditions are expected tomorrow, Wednesday. Temperature is expected to drop again while remaining above the seasonal average.

Temperature is expected to rise on Thursday, approaching 4°C above the seasonal average as the weather becomes partially cloudy to clear.

Weather is expected to be partly cloudy to clear on Friday as temperature is expected to rise again, approaching 5°C above the seasonal average.
