Ministry of Health to start vaccinating medical staff
After receiving the Moderna Vaccine yesterday, health workers are the first to take it.
Jerusalem24 – The Palestinian Ministry of Health is preparing to distribute the Corona vaccine to health workers within the next two days, to start receiving the vaccine.
The Director of Bethlehem Health Department Dr. Shadi Al-Lahham told Ma’an news that the health workers in Bethlehem are expected to receive the vaccine tomorrow and the day after, after the Ministry of Health announced that it had received on Monday a batch of 2000 doses of the Moderna vaccine.
The Ministry of Health continued that these vaccines will be allocated to vaccinate workers in the health sector, especially those working in treatment centers for people with Coronavirus, according to the vaccination plan in the Ministry of Health, based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
