Israeli forces shoot Palestinian near Gush Etzion Settlement

Jerusalem24 – The Israeli military shot a Palestinian early morning, Sunday, near the Gush Etzion settlement, alleging that he was  attempting to carry out a stabbing attack.

Israeli Channel 7 reported A stabbing attack was thwarted, which took place near the “Etzion” settlement in the West Bank, and the Palestinian was fired at, without any casualties among the ranks of the Israeli soldiers. A video clip, from the surveillance cameras at the scene, showed the moment the young man was shot as he was attempting to get closer to the Israeli soldiers.

The Palestinian ministry of health has not confirmed the status of the young man, nor have they stated his identity.
