Jerusalem24- The latest announced global statistics on the “Corona” pandemic showed, as of Tuesday morning, that the number of deaths due to infection with the virus reached about one million and 782 thousand deaths, while the number of infected people exceeded 81 million and 673 thousand injuries, of whom more than 57 million and 799 thousand patients recovered.
The Corona pandemic continues to spread in 218 countries, territories and regions around the world, and the countries of the world recorded, on Monday, a limited increase the day before, in the number of new infections discovered, as well as in the number of deaths, as 487,273 new infections were recorded, and 9,105 occurred during the last 24 hours.
Statistics showed that the five countries that recorded the highest death toll in a single day in the world on Monday were: America (1,966 deaths), Germany (674 deaths), Brazil (495 deaths), Russia (487 deaths), and Italy (445 deaths).
The data showed that the five countries that recorded the highest number of new injuries in the world yesterday within one day were, respectively, America (186,296 infections), Britain (41,385 infections), Russia (27,787 infections), Brazil (22,605 infections), and India (16,072 infections).
America is still leading the world in terms of the highest death toll and the number of total injuries, and statistics indicated that the five countries that are, as of Tuesday morning, the most affected by the pandemic in the world in terms of the total death toll, are: America (343,182 deaths), and Brazil (191,641 deaths), India (148,190 deaths), Mexico (122,855 deaths), and Italy (72,370 deaths).
While the statistics showed that the five countries that are, as of this morning, the most affected in the world in terms of the total number of injuries, are: America (19,781,624 infections), India (10,224,797 infections), Brazil (7,506,890 infections), Russia (3,078,035 infections), and France (2,562,646 infections).
