Jerusalem24 – The Palestinian Ministry of Education, in a statement, said that it appreciates its faculties and staff; especially their role in implementing the return-to-school plan approved by the Palestinian government. The plan is based on an integrated education system in addition to health and safety protocols that provide elements for a safe educational environment. This plan was implemented after students were absent from their classes for more than six months.
The Ministry also reaffirms the continuation of work according to its plan without any change, and the need to keep the classrooms open and the flame of education burning in every school and in every home. This comes after word of some teachers published a statement calling for a return to remote learning as the corona virus has spread in several schools.
The Ministry also calls upon its teachers to continue their difficult jobs in what was called “a grave challenge” that the Palestinian people face.
