Trump concealed his first Corona test result
He instead confirmed that top aide had tested positive
Jerusalem24 – The American newspaper, the “Wall Street Journal” revealed that President Donald Trump did not disclose a positive result from a rapid test for the “Covid-19” virus he conducted on Thursday while he was waiting for the results of a more comprehensive examination of the virus, according to people familiar with the matter.
The newspaper said that Trump received a positive result Thursday evening before his appearance on “Fox News”, in which he did not disclose those results. Instead, Trump confirmed previous reports that his adviser Hope Hicks, one of his top aides, had tested positive for the coronavirus.
Trump stated in the interview that he had taken a test and was waiting for its results, but he did not disclose that he had performed an initial examination that showed that he was infected with the virus. Trump did not reveal his infection until Friday morning in a tweet, writing that he and his wife Melania would begin quarantine, after confirming that they were infected with the disease.
The newspaper pointed out that Trump asked one of his aides to keep the results of the first test secret.
