Jerusalem24 – An Israeli settler stabbed a 27-year-old Palestinian as he worked his lands in Iskaka village east of Salfit yesterday in the late hours of the afternoon.
27-year-old Ali Hassan Harb was pronounced dead after he was brought to Salfit governmental hospital.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said he suffered grave injuries inflicted by a stab wound to the heart.
According to local sources and video documentation, Harb was working his land when a group of Israeli settlers stormed the land and attacked him.
Palestinians tried reaching the injured man but were stopped by Israeli occupation forces coming from Ariel settlement, who shot live bullets in the air and threatened anyone trying to get close.
Iskaka village is 4km away from Salfit. The Israeli settlement Ariel is built on land stolen from the village and other nearby villages.
