Jerusalem24 – The District Court in Beersheba held, today, Wednesday, a special appeal session requesting the immediate release of the detainee, Ahmed Manasrah, 19, from occupied Jerusalem, who was arrested when he was 13 years old and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Lawyer Khaled Zabarka said that the Israeli court in Beersheba decided to invalidate the decision of the third committee describing the case of the prisoner Ahmed Manasrah as a case of terrorism because the defense staff was unable to attend the session at the time.
The lawyer added that the case will be returned to the session in the presence of the defense to determine whether it is a case of terrorism or not.
