Wake Up Palestine – Economic Empowerment of Palestinian Women and Youth

Jerusalem24 – The economic situation of the Palestinian market has made it difficult for a lot of Palestinian youth when it comes to starting their businesses.

The Steps Institute for International Success (S4SI) has several programs that aim to economically empower Palestinian youth and especially women who are looking for professional independence in the Palestinian market.

Among the goals of the institute is to reduce the unemployment rate of Palestinian youth in the labor market.

In this episode of Wake-Up Palestine, Saleh Al-Yamani, the Director of Trainining Programs for the Steps Institute for International Success speaks about economic empowerment of Women in occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank, how the S4SI aims to help the Palestinian community and some success stories they have had in the past.
