Prisoners commission documents testimonies of young men beaten during their arrest
Jerusalem24 – Prisoner and ex-prisoners commission documented the testimonies of two young men who were excessively beaten by Israeli occupation forces during their arrest.
The commission, on Wednesday, pointed out that the young man Ali Abu Zaltta (18 years old) from Hebron city was excessively beaten during his arrest by Israeli occupation forces in the aftermath of breaking into his home at 5 am, handcuffing him with plastic cuffs, and taking him to Ofer prison.
Osama Zakaria (22 years old) from Anatta town, was arrested by a heavily armed occupation force at 3 am, and taken to “Anatout” illegal settlement keeping him for 5 hours, before moving him to Ofer investigation, to then be moved to “Atsyoun” investigation center for 11 days before taking him to Ofer prison.
Major General Qadri Abu Baker, president of the prisoners and ex-prisoners commission, condemned the barbaric assaults on Palestinians during their arrest and imprisonment. Saying that this method is against all international laws and agreements.
