Zelensky is open to dialogue “in places that do not show hostility towards Ukraine”

Jerusalem24 – Today, Sunday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that a Russian delegation has arrived in Belarus and is ready to hold talks with the Ukrainian side.

The Russian “TASS” news agency quoted the spokesman saying that the Russian delegation includes representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense, and other departments, including the presidency.

“We will be ready to start these talks in the city of Gomel” in southeastern Belarus, he added.

Reuters said that the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that last night was brutal, “civilians and infrastructure were bombed,” adding that “the Russian occupation is attacking everything, even ambulances,” and “attacks civilian areas where there is no military infrastructure.”

“The talks in Minsk could have been held if Russia had not attacked us from the territory of Belarus,” he said about the dialogue, adding, “He is open to dialogue in other places that do not show hostility towards Ukraine.”
